Clinical Trials
Asthma Trial - Inhaled Medication
We are now recruiting patients between the ages of 18 and 60 who have a history of asthma that requires use of inhaled beta-agonists (albuterol) at least 4 times per year. The study will investigate the efficacy of a new inhaled medication designed for long-term control. This is a "placebo-controlled" study meaning that your participation may require that you receive an inactive ingredient instead of the medication being tested. Neither you nor your doctor will know if you are receiving the medication being tested or the placebo.
The study is expected to last one year and requires three office visits.
