Special Services
Electroencephalography (EEG)
Our EEG lab is at the Arlington office. We perform standard EEG (brain wave) studies as well as ambulatory EEG studies in which a patient goes home and wears a recorder for 24 to 48 hours for extended evaluation.
Electromyography (EMG)
We perform EMG studies at our Arlington and Mansfield offices. These are special studies on nerves and muscles done to diagnose neuropathy, muscle disease, carpal tunnel syndrome, low back problems, and neck problems.
Botox and Related Services
We perform injections using Botox and other forms of botulinum toxin for therapeutic purposes. Botox is useful therapy for chronic migraine, blepharospasm, dystonia, and some other forms of muscle spasm.
Infusion Center
Our infusion center is located in the Mansfield office. We provide intravenous infusions of gamma globulin, Tysabri, Lumizyme, and other medications used for treatment of our patients.
Sleep Disorders
Our North Texas Sleep Disorders Center performs comprehensive sleep diagnostic testing for sleep disorders.
