Payment Policies
At the EVOLUTION MEDICAL SPA at the Northern Cambria Medical Center we are acutely aware of our patients financial burdens and do everything we can to keep our practice prices low. That being said, maintaining a full service aesthetic medicine practice is very expensive so we appreciate your trust and understanding in the fact that we are being as fair as we can be with our pricing. We are quite sure that if you compare prices for the procedures at the level of professional quality that we provide, you will find our pricing very reasoneable! We have a price matching policy described elsewhere to assure you the best care for the best price.
We offer truly great yearly and monthly specials as well as packages of services to help reduce the cost of our service to you even more so pay attention to our monthly specials! When a dermatologic service can be billed to an insurance company, we will bill it. When a procedure is considered by the insurers to be a non-covered service as many of our aesthetic procedures are (including Botox, Laser, IPL, Hair removal, electrolysis, microdermabrasion, Dermal Fillers injections, facial and body contouring and cellulite procedures etc) then you will be made aware of that fact and we will explain your financial obligations for any service you desire to purchase before that service is done.
We always expect payment at the time of the appointment. If you desire to make payments on a procedure or service you may indeed do that but the payment must be completed before the service will be done.
In our peripheral clinics we are not able to swipe credit cards due to phone incompatibilities so we must take your card number and enter it manually when we return to our home office. We are very careful with your personal information and as soon as that information is entered for billing purposes at our home office your credit card number is deleted from our records permanently. We understand this may make some patients nervous and do additionally take cash and personal checks if you desire but you can trust that if we are given your credit card information it will be treated with extreme care until we delete it from our records in a day or so.
