Skinny, skimpy lashes? Forever trying to find the right mascara that looks natural, doesn't smudge or doesn't require special products to remove it? The wait is over with FDA approved LATISSE™
How does Latisse work?
The active ingredient in LATISSE™ is bimatoprost. Although the precise mechanism of action is not known, research suggests that the growth of eyelashes occurs by increasing the percent of hairs in, and the duration of, the anagen (or growth) phase. Lashes can grow longer, thicker and darker because bimatoprost can also prolong this growth phase
Latisse by Allergan, Inc. In the clinical study, 78% saw significant increases in all of the following three measurements at week 16: length, fullness and darkness. Before and After

Instructions for Use: Use once a day at bedtime, Before applying, remove contact lenses, and gently wash around the eyes with a mild cleanser or mild soap. Remove an applicator from its tray. Then, holding the sterile applicator horizontally, place one drop of LATISSE™ solution on the area of the applicator closest to the tip but not on the tip. To apply draw a thin line of Latiesse along the base of the upper lash liner, rather than below the lashes, along the eyelid rim. Use as if you were applying eyeliner. Blot excess solution past the lash line DO NOT USE MORE THAN ONCE A DAY and don't "catch up" if you missed a day.! Ingredients: Bimatoprost opthalmic solution .03% - Approved by the FDA for insufficient or inadequate lashes
Dispose of the applicator after one use. Repeat for opposite eyelid, using a new sterile applicator to help minimize any potential for contamination from one eyelid to another.
You are encouraged to report negative side effects of prescription drugs to the FDA. Visit www.fda.gov/medwatch, or call 1-800-FDA-1088.
Do not use LATISSE™ solution if you are allergic to one of its ingredients.
LATISSE™ solution is intended for use on the skin of the upper eyelid margins at the base of the eyelashes. DO NOT APPLY to the lower eyelid. If you have a history of abnormal IOP, you should only use LATISSE™ under the close supervision of your physician.
LATISSE™ use may cause darkening of the eyelid skin which may be reversible. Although not reported in clinical studies, LATISSE™ use may also cause increased brown pigmentation of the colored part of the eye which is likely to be permanent.
You should tell your physician you are using LATISSE™ especially if you have a history of eye pressure problems. You should also tell anyone conducting an eye pressure screening that you are using LATISSE™.
The most common side effects after using LATISSE™ solution are an itching sensation in the eyes and/or eye redness. This was reported in approximately 4% of patients. LATISSE™ solution may cause other less common side effects which typically occur on the skin close to where LATISSE™ is applied, or in the eyes. These include skin darkening, eye irritation, dryness of the eyes, and redness of the eyelids.
