Recommended Anti-aging Protocol
( )PCA anti-aging skin care. The journey toward younger, healthier skin has to begin with a great foundation. Our PCA anti-aging trial package is a wonderful way to start. All natural and extremely effective in improving skin texture and tone as well as improving those fine wrinkles by stimulating collagen production. The trial kit should last 4 weeks and allows us, with your feedback, to fine tune a long term anti-aging skin care protocol that will lay the foundation for all else we do together.
( )Clarisonic Professional Skin Care Brush System. We highly recommend you consider adding our Clarisonic Pro to your anti-aging protocol. We use the Clarisonic before all of our procedures because we know how wonderfully it cleanses the skin and prepares it in such a way as to allow any procedure we do or any topical treatment we apply to be as effective and beneficial as it can possibly be. Ask us for information on and a demonstration of our Clarisonic Pro.
( ) Dedicated, proper Sun Block application to your face, neck and hands. No question about it having younger healthier skin in not cheap. If you want to make the most of anything we do together and achieve the best long results as well as to make your financial investment meaningful then YOU MUST USE DAILY SUNBLOCK on the areas treated and at the very least on your face, neck and hands where the ravages of age will show themselves first and worst. You get UV radiation from laying out in the sun as we all know but remember you also get skin damaging/aging UV radiation while walking to your car, while driving your car and yes even when you sit under fluorescent lights at work, in school or even at the Mall! Sun block should be applied every 2 hours to be effective-yep that’s every 2hours. You really don’t need to use anything more than SPF 25-30 to provide the protection you need. We highly recommend our Colorescience Sunforgettable Mineral Sunblock for its ease of use, effectiveness and simplicity. Ask us for a demonstration of this wonderful sun block if we don’t offer it.
( )For Dynamic wrinkles (the wrinkles of emotion) of the forehead , brow area, crow’s feet area and around the mouth nothing works better than BOTOX Cosmetic to allow you the relaxed look that can literally take years off your appearance . There is a lot of misconception about Botox injections. Kim and I are very conservative in our dosing and work for a very natural relation of facial muscles gradually over a 2-3 week period. We give the initial injection dosed conservatively and recheck you in 10 days or so when that dose will be maximally effective and touch up at that visit to get a gradual and natural relaxation that you will be quite pleased with. Ask if you have questions on Botox Cosmetic injections.
( ) For pigment changes, vessel changes and for uneven skin tone that develops on the skin of the face, neck and hands because of sun damage and/or aging changes we recommend the Palomar 500 IPL Photo-rejuvenation laser treatments. We see excellent results with the Palomar “G” IPL laser in as few as 1-2 treatments but we generally recommend 3 treatments to completion for the best result.
( ) For fixed wrinkles in the lower face and for the Jowl area that develop as we age we recommend dermal filler injections (Radiesse, Juvaderm, Restylane, Perlane, etc) for those bothered by this problem. As we age gravity tends to pull our mid and lower face downward creating the Nasolabial folds, wrinkles around the nose and mouth and also the sagging Jowl area on the sides of our lower face and cause atrophy of the fat in our hands leaving them with a sunken appearance. With Dermal Filler injections we can dramatically improve these areas and take years off your appearance. We can also augment lips and fill the small wrinkles around the mouth itself. Finally, we can do dermal filler injections of the hands to hide the atrophy that develops with time and aging. Ask us for more information on dermal fillers if we don’t discuss it during your visit.
( ) For deep wrinkles around the eyes that are always there and for sagging skin on the neck we offer the 1540 laser to tighten that loose neck skin and get rid of fixed wrinkles we call Crow’s feet. Ask about it!
( ) The "non-surgical face lift" done with our amazing Diamond Medi-lift micro current technology device. Smooth those wrinkles out, strengthen the facial muscles under the skin to lift the face and fill in wrinkles. You can even tighten your Belly and Butt the same time were doing your facial lift and contouring. The Medi-lift can be combined with all the above for a "fountain of youth effect" you just wont believe!
