Insurance Information
The EVOLUTION MEDICAL SPA of Northern Cambria Medical Center accepts all major medical insurances where relevent for covered products or procedures. For products or procedures not covered by insurances we do accept VISA and Mastercard credit cards for payment. Payment is always expected at the time of the appointment. Many of the modern aesthetic procedures we perform are NOT covered by insurances as they are considered cosmetic. We very much believe that by helping our patients evolve to a physical appearance that improves their personal self confidence and social abilities very much improves their actual health and well being and as such should be considered medically indicated but unfortunately we cannot change the insurance companies payment policies. May skin conditions such as acne scarring, rosacea, etc if causing discomfort or pain or impairment for the patient may be covered by insurances. We can discuss that issue at your appointment.
