Driving Directions & Parking
To view maps & driving directions, click on the "map" link below the office address on the bar to the left of your screen. Handicap parking is available at all sites.
Our main office is located at 365 Broadway in Kingston, New York. We are across the street from the Kingston Hospital. Parking is situated behind the Medical Arts Building and Rosendale Florist.
Getting off the Thruway in Kingston (exit 19) to go to the main office, make sure you get off the traffic circle to Route 587.
Our Sawkill MRI, EMG and Carotid testing facilities are located on 150 Sawkill Road in Kingston, New York, a little more than ½ a mile from Washington Avenue right off the Thruway circle.
Our Green Street EEG diagnostic facility is located at 185 Green Street in Kingston, New York. It is on a one-way street on the right hand side of the road, a half a block up from North Front Street in uptown Kingston.

Our Rhinebeck office is on the second floor of the Northern Dutchess Hospital, just next to the sleep lab.
The New Paltz office is on Main Street, across from Shop Rite, just off the Thruway exit.
