David Robbins, M.D. graduated from The Medical College of Wisconsin in 1992. He completed his Neurology residency at The University of Rochester in 1995. He was then appointed Chief Resident in Neurology and served through July of 1996. Thereafter, he completed a fellowship in Neuromuscular Disease, Nerve Conduction Testing and Electromyography at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Robbins has lectured on various topics in Neuroanatomy and Neurophysiology as a teaching fellow. Dr. Robbins has also participated in numerous research projects during the completion of his residency and fellowship training. Steve D. Wheeler, M.D., F.A.A.N., F.A.H.S. is Director and Co-Founder of the Ryan Wheeler Headache Treatment Center in Miami, Florida. He has held full time faculty appointments at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and Case Western Reserve University and is currently a Voluntary Associate Professor of Neurology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
