Your co-payment will be collected when you check in at the front window. Please bring your insurance card with you.
Cash, check, MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
Cosmetic treatments and procedures are not covered by medical insurance. Fees for cosmetic procedures are payable on the day of your appointment.
If your charges or your balance is over $300.00, GE Money Bank offers CareCredit®, which is an exclusive credit line for healthcare expenses. Please see the CareCredit® brochures in our lobby or inquire at the front desk.
