Payment Policies
Co-Pays
Most insurers require that you pay a portion of the cost for each medical visit. This is called a "co-pay". This tends to vary from $5 to $25 dollars and is usually required even if you have paid your deductible amount for the year.
Your co-pay is payable at the time of your appointment.
You can make payment by cash, check or credit card. (Visa or Mastercard only)
Please be familiar with your own insurance carrier's policies regarding co-payments prior to your visit
