Insurance Information
We see most mainstream insurance plans including Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Prudential, Principal, Coventry, and Medicare.
You can call your insurance plan if you have questions with coverage as this is a contract you have with your insurer.
We do not see most HMO plans as these plans often have punative payment structures designed to not pay for services rendered and often don't allow the patient to see appropriate care givers. HMOs predominantly make money by denying care.
If we are not on your insurance, please let us know if you think your insurance should be reconsidered. Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible to be on all plans.
